Egan Sign, a recognized leader in national sign management and corporate rebranding, announced that Megan Schlott, Laurel Monahan, and Erica Spengler have joined the organization as Project Manager, Permit Expeditor, and Project Coordinator, respectively.  “As we welcome Megan, Laurel, and Erica to the team, we affirm our commitment to being the leading company in the sign management industry,” said John Dever, President.  “In 2017, we will continue to maintain our focus on increasing capacity and staffing to meet our aggressive growth plans.”  The company is actively recruiting a Strategic Sourcing Manager, a Graphic Designer, and a Project Coordinator.  For more information regarding career opportunities at Egan Sign, visit www.egansign.com/careers.
Schlott, a Muhlenberg Township resident, comes to Egan Sign with four years of experience in the sign industry, all of which have been focused on Project Management.  She began her career at Reading based L & H Companies in December of 2012 as Project Manager where she managed scheduling, permitting, budgets, and drawing reviews in addition to sub-contract negotiations and invoicing.  “I’m excited to continue my career in project management at Egan Sign because it gives the opportunity to work with new clients, solve problems, and learn more about the industry with each new project,” said Schlott.  She will work closely with senior project managers to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and on budget.  Schlott holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Monahan, a Pennsburg-area resident, brings over nine years of professional experience in project coordination and permit management to her new role as Permit Expeditor.  Her primary focus will be to oversee the permit procurement process for all Egan Sign clients, reviewing nationwide code checks, and maintaining positive working relationships with township personnel throughout the country.  Most recently, Monahan served as Project Coordinator and Permit Manager at Core States Group, an engineering and design firm, in Warren, New Jersey.
Spengler, a resident of the West Reading Borough, joins the Egan Sign team as Project Coordinator.  Her administrative, planning, and coordination experience makes her a key addition to the Egan Sign project management team. She will be responsible for directing and organizing ongoing project activities.  In her most recent professional role, Erica served as Activity Manager at The Omnia-Prova Education Collaborative in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.    She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University and is currently enrolled in Alvernia University’s Leadership Berks Program.
Recently, Egan Sign hired Marilyn Brennan, Lisa Bachman, and Jessica Ruggiero and promoted Zach Nagle and Susan Weaver.  The company will continue its growth trajectory under the leadership of President John Dever.
