Gateway Marketplace will open in Chula Vista, Calif.

A former Target shopping center in Chula Vista, Calif., will become Gateway Marketplace, a property that will bring healthy food choices and new retailers to the area. Four major tenants are expected to call the 8.8-acre retail center home, including Aldi Food Market, Hobby Lobby and Party City as well as fast-casual food options.
