Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings (GTH) is expanding Britton Road Commerce Park with the addition of a new manufacturing plant for Corken, Inc. With ShurTech already on site, the first phase of the 104-acre complex is nearly completed. The park was designed with the goal of establishing a multi-usage industrial, warehouse and distribution center.
GTH is currently developing a brand new 156,000 square foot facility for Corken, Inc., a unit of IDEX. Corken will utilize the conditioned space for office and manufacturing which will allow the company to better serve and grow its customer base and provide its workforce upgraded facilities and equipment. The project, located 9201 I-35 Service Road, is expected to be completed in late 2019.
GTH has an ambitious vision for the land. With over 50 acres available and the proximity to I-35, GTH is strategically positioned to offer fresh solutions for companies looking to secure new, upgraded facilities. The opportunity to build in Oklahoma City offers potential clients a viable opportunity to keep a presence and jobs in Oklahoma.
With over six million square feet of industrial developments, GTH is the premiere developer in the state of Oklahoma. GTH’s expertise and strategically-placed land provide the perfect combination of quality and accessibility that will allow Corken to continue to maintain and grow their business.
The area surrounding Corken’s new space is being prepared for additional build out. “I’m excited about the potential to create a multi-purpose business park that can suit the needs of various industries”, explains Mr. Tanenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of GTH. “We’re proud to develop this land that will allow businesses to service their needs and create jobs in Oklahoma City.”
The Corken project was negotiated with assistance from Brett Price, SVP for Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort. Debt placement was handled by Metropolitan Capitol Advisors and lending services were provided by Centennial Bank. GTH values its clients and partners in order to provide development solutions across industrial, commercial, aerospace and multi-family.
