Outdoor specialty retailer Gander Mountain has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with a plan to close 32 of its 162 stores and find a buyer for the business. The Minnesota-based retailer’s filing also included its North Carolina-based subsidiary Overton’s, an online and catalog retailer. Read the Star Tribune story here
