Refurbiture, an office furniture remanufacturing company, purchases a 108,000+ sq.ft. industrial warehouse and office as its new location.
Refurbiture is relocating from its 500 Bittner location to the newly acquired 5642 Natural Bridge Avenue.
The building, situated on a 4.4+ acre lot, was sold for $710,000.00.
Hilliker Corporation represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Patrick McKay represented the buyers – Jim Brauss, Josh Richie and Dave Singer, and Peter Newton represented the seller- SportsPlay Equipment, a playground equipment manufacturer.
“This move represents a big step up for us as a company.  We have the opportunity to upgrade our manufacturing significantly,” said buyer, Josh Richie.  He continued, “We are also excited to remain in the City of St Louis with the help of the St Louis Development Corporation.”
