FRCH Design Worldwide is proud to announce the addition of seven new members to the international architectural design firm’s roster. With offices in Cincinnati, New York City, and Los Angeles, FRCH has more than doubled its workforce in recent years – growing from 116 employees in 2010, to a current roster of over 225 employees today and looking to hire additional architects and designers in the upcoming year.
Joining the Department Stores studio, Elizabeth (Liz) Birkenhauer has been hired as a Project Coordinator. Birkenhauer received a degree in architecture from the University of Kentucky and going on to achieve a masters of architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Birkenhauer has worked in various architectural design roles at Parrish Rash & Van Dissel as well as The Kroger Company. Most recently, Birkenhauer was a member of BHDP as an intern architect.
Also joining the Deparment Store studio is Chuck Warnimont as a Project Coordinator. Warnimont earned a degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Warnimont has worked in various architectural firm including: BLT Architects, Tilsey and Associates Architects, E2M Engineering & 5 Angle Construction. Most recently, Warnimont worked at Intertech Design Services as their architectural designer.
Meredith Seeds has joined the Specialty Retail Design studio as a Director of Interior Design. Seeds had been freelancing with FRCH since last January. Seeds has an extensive & impressive work history with design roles at Luxottica and Landor, even previously working at FRCH from 2005 – 2009.
Amy Shiehhas joined the Large Format studio as a Project Coordinator.  Shieh recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Prior to joining FRCH, Shieh gained experience as an Architectural Intern at Rookwood Pottery and Brown Craig Turner Architects.
Chris Hernandezhas also joined the Large Format studio as a Senior Professional BIM Specialist. Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining FRCH, Hernandez accumulated 11 years of design experience in residential, commercial, and Industrial design, most recently with Jedson Engineering.
Doug Fowlerhas joined FRCH’s Los Angeles team as a Director in the Department Stores studio. Fowler is an accomplished, versatile, results oriented Retail Space Planning Professional. Prior joining FRCH, Fowler worked as an independent contractor for companies such as AA&P Achitecture, Sephora, Studio V, and even some projects with FRCH.
John Setahas joined FRCH’s Hospitality studio as a Project Coordinator. Seta holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Savannah College of Art & Design. Prior joining FRCH, Seta worked as a Designer for CR Architecture where he led and executed retail projects for Luxottica & Yum Brands .

Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step, GDOT has implemented a dual-ticketing pilot—TruckIT, which requires both paper and electronic tickets.
