FRCH Design Worldwide announced the promotions of three members to their senior leadership in the Cincinnati and New York City offices.
With offices in Cincinnati, New York City, and Los Angeles, FRCH has more than doubled its workforce in recent years – growing from 116 employees in 2010, to a current roster of over 240 employees today and looking to hire additional architects and designers in the 2016 year.

Ng has an extensive track record guiding creative teams in innovating original retail spaces for some of the world’s top brands. He brings a business savvy outlook to every project, making rapid assessments of challenges, maximizing productivity and streamlining operations. Ng’s incredible record of success as an architectural and retail expert stems from a passion for dissecting and executing unique physical spaces throughout the world. As the leader of FRCH’s New York office and Department Store Studio, Randall’s clients include Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Calvin Klein among others.

With over 13 years of established experience with FRCH, and 10 years of previous experience before her tenure, Gerhardt brings a sharp eye to specialty design with a brand management background, where she acquired an MBA from Miami University.
Gerhardt works tirelessly to manage clients and the business side of the studio providing a single point of contact within FRCH. She works to facilitate the entire project process from foundation and discovery through construction administration. Previously, Gerhardt worked as a product and market manager for Sara Lee Corporation where she developed marketing and brand strategy in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, and not-for-profit. Her professional experience includes work with Tiffany & Co., Harley Davidson, Luxottica Retail, Hershey’s, Hush Puppies, Procter & Gamble, Zales, Sprint, and T-Mobile.
