Franchisee Pie Guys Restaurants has acquired 30-unit Ohio-based chain Rapid Fired Pizza for an undisclosed amount. Rapid Fired founder Ray Wiley will remain in place as a licensee running the eateries in Ohio, and Mike Kern and Chip Hurst of Pie Guys will run the company as CEO and chief development officer, respectively.
