Fox & Hound, Champps to go to new owner for $26.8M

Fun Eats and Drinks will acquire Last Call Guarantor, the owner of Fox & Hound, Champps and Bailey's, for $26.8 million after winning an auction last week. If approved by bankruptcy court, the sale will transfer 55 restaurant locations to the subsidiary of San Diego-based private-equity firm Kelly Investment Group.
