Fogo de Chao has added six new company-owned units as part of a plan to eventually reach 300 US locations. The new stores, located in a variety of markets, were performing beyond Fogo’s expectations, adding to its confidence that it can eventually have at least 300 U.S. restaurants—nearly 6 times its current footprint of 53. The chain first filed IPO plans in November of last year and hasn’t yet set a date for going public. Restaurant Business
