Related Cos. has acquired the 346-room W Hotel & Residences in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for an undisclosed sum. The transaction includes the property’s 147 unsold condominium units, which Related bought for $90 million. The hotel will continue to operate under the W Hotels flag.
