Famous Dave’s to add drive-thru to Quick ‘Que concept

Minnesota-based barbecue chain Famous Dave's will open a Quick 'Que location with the concept's first drive-thru this summer in Salt Lake City. Parent BBQ Holdings, which also owns Granite City Food & Brewery, reported double-digit sales gains at both chains in March, after a year of pandemic-related downturns. Target to invest in store brands, in-store shops

Target expects to spend $4 billion to $5 billion this year to expand its private-label lineup with new brands, roll out curbside delivery and open 20 stores. The company is also leaning into its in-store shop partnerships with brands like Ulta Beauty, Apple and Starbucks.
