Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) has hired Heather Turner to assist with Project Development. Heather has over 15 years experience across the A/E/C industry in construction management, project management and business development. Heather’s true passion is her ability to understand her client’s vision and translate that vision to reality. When asked about the position, Heather stated, “I pride myself on truly listening to and understanding someone’s needs. I am confident my team has the resources to help.”
Prior to joining EUA, Heather managed the estimating and audit department for retail projects, as well as overseeing pre-construction for a local retail company. Additionally, she has experience leading business development and project management from design through construction for a local design build firm.

Heather is a recipient of the Women in Construction of the Year citation through Wisconsin Builder and was most recently recognized by her peers with NAIOP’s Associate of the Year award. Previously, Heather held the positions of President of the Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women and member of the MSOE alumni board as the Mid-West Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
