Erland recently began construction on ARCHER® Hotel Burlington, a new boutique hotel in the 3rd Ave development in Northwest Park. The company is building the hotel in collaboration with LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. – further expanding Burlington’s burgeoning project.
Before the hotel could be built, an office building was demolished on the corner of Third Avenue and Middlesex Turnpike. This cleared the way for the construction of 147 luxe guestrooms, which are being built from the ground-up.
Designed by LK Architecture, Inc., ARCHER® Hotel Burlington will feature accommodations with a variety of design palettes, a fitness studio, bar and bistro. The hotel will also have surface parking and spaces in below grade covered parking to accommodate 130-plus cars. Construction is expected to be complete by late 2017 (toward the end of the year).
ARCHER® Hotel Burlington is part of a collection of boutique hotels, filled with curated luxuries. Currently, there are ARCHER® Hotels operating or under construction in Midtown Manhattan; Austin, Texas; Napa Valley, California; and Florham Park, New Jersey.
Additional information, from design considerations to opening timeframe, will be unveiled as plans are finalized and the project evolves.
