EMG, a Maryland-based engineering, environmental, capital planning and project management consulting company, has promoted Kevin White to Construction Program Manager within its Construction Services Division. White will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective execution of EMG’s construction monitoring services and its document and budget review services, and he will work with Division leadership and staff to maintain and create optimal training processes for project managers and support teams.
White’s wide range of industry experience spans government, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and sports and leisure sectors. He has successfully completed energy audits, physical condition and needs assessments and other reports for clients including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, the City of New Rochelle, NY, the Hoboken Housing Authority, the Housing Authority of the City of Baltimore and Co-op City, the largest apartment complex in the United States.

White earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying and Facilities Management from the University of the West of England in 1996. He joined EMG in 2009.
