Elev8 Fun, a concept that transforms old department stores into exciting entertainment centers, is continuing its Florida expansion with a third location now under construction in Jensen Beach.

Formerly a Sears in Treasure Coast Square Mall, the Elev8 Fun Jensen Beach location will feature 115,00 square feet of entertainment space. Guests will be able to enjoy go-karts, vintage and modern arcade games, mini golf, 12 bowling lanes, axe throwing, laser tag and more.

The Jensen Beach Elev8 Fun location at Treasure Coast Square Mall is the first of many deals that will be completed with Simon Properties, the sixth largest REIT in the country, which owns and operates the top premier malls in the U.S.

The Elev8 Fun brand is growing rapidly and offers a scalable model. The first location opened in Greater Orlando at the beginning of 2022. In addition to the Jensen Beach location, another is under construction in Tampa, and as many as 15 potential locations already having been identified.

“Elev8 Fun is breathing life back into malls and shopping centers. It not only brings excitement into communities for kids and adults alike, but a multitude of job opportunities,” said David Goldfarb, president and founder of PrimeTime Amusements, a partner in the Elev8 Fun project. “Elev8 Fun is attracting thousands of people and breathing life back into these retail centers.”

A key attraction the entertainment center boosts is a custom-designed, state-of-the-art indoor go-kart track. The floor area that covers the Jensen Beach track will be in excess of 30,000 square feet and the go-karts can reach speeds up to 45 mph.

In addition to the entertainment, Elev8 Fun will have a large variety of food and drink offerings spread throughout the venue. Guests can dine in the full-service restaurant and bar, grab a drink at the bar or enjoy their meal in the expansive outdoor seating area. For those wishing to hold a corporate retreat, birthday party or other event, there are several party rooms and 2,600 square feet of corporate meeting space.

In addition to the first Jensen Beach location, Elev8 Fun has a concept open in Sanford and another with construction underway in Tampa.
