DuPont Electronics & Imaging: Tedlar™ Wallcovering

DuPont Electronics & Imaging today announced the launch of its DuPont™ Tedlar™ Wallcoverings line, a new collection of wallcoverings that combine beauty with extreme durability – ideal for use in hospitality and healthcare environments. DuPont will showcase its U.S. launch, the “Passport Collection,” at the upcoming HD Expo, May 2-4, 2018, at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, Nevada, booth 1359.
“From hotel spaces to commercial dining areas, Tedlar™ Wallcoverings provide timeless design for high traffic areas in a variety of styles, colors and textures guaranteed to leave a lasting impression,” said Dan Barish, business manager, Tedlar™ Wallcoverings. “Our promise with Tedlar™ Wallcoverings is style that endures.”
Developed in 1948, DuPont™ Tedlar® PVF technology has been used as surface protection for many market applications ranging from aircraft components, automotive parts, rail interiors, fleet graphics and wallcovering overlaminates. Now, DuPont is applying this technology to its own brand of wallcoverings.
DuPont’s Type II vinyl wallcoverings are among the highest performing on the market, providing Type III protection in many characteristics. They provide outstanding functionality in terms of high stain resistance, easy cleanability and long-lasting durability – all while protecting the beautiful patterns and vibrant colors from bleach, scratches and scuff marks to help retain long-term aesthetics and a fresh look for the life of the wallcovering.
In North America and Mexico, DuPont™ Tedlar™ Wallcoverings will be sold exclusively through Endure Walls, a division of Fluorogistx®, a leading distributor of high-performance materials. DuPont also will share the Passport Collection at NeoCon, June 11-13, 2018, Chicago, Illinois, booth 7-2037.
