DMF Lighting (Booth # 2329), a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial LED downlight products, introduces OneFrame™ –  the first LED housing designed for multifamily buildings, assisted living facilities, apartments, condos, dorms and hotels.
The product made its debut today at LIGHTFAIR International 2016, the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference, at the San Diego Convention Center. The show is co-sponsored by the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
“The OneFrame simplifies installation, code compliance, and maintenance,” says Susie Minton, Director of Marketing for DMF Lighting. “It’s performance and value all in one compact package.”
Providing LED downlighting for multifamily applications presents serious challenges. But DMF has the perfect solution with the OneFrame. The unique design features bar hangers that pivot for either horizontal or vertical mounting and easily locks horizontally into place with just a screwdriver.
OneFrame is equipped with a floating height module to ensure perfect alignment even with varied ceiling thicknesses up to two inches. The frame exceeds expectations. Because of its unique design, there’s no need for costly fire rated boxing as the OneFrame is fire rated for two hours. Plus, the frame has Sound, Air Tight, IC and Wet Location ratings.

Complementary to the OneFrame is DMF Lighting’s DRD2 LED. Today’s leading builders are moving towards LED lighting as it’s less expensive, easier to maintain and renders color more accurately than conventional lighting.  The DRD2 takes a backseat to no one.
The DRD2 LED is a 93+ Color Rendering Index, 2-step SDCM LED that offers exceptional long life (50,000 hours) as well as vivid color and a range of hues. Color temperatures range from 2700K-4000K. In comparison with conventional light sources, the operating cost of the DRD2 LED module is considerably less and can realize up to 88% in energy savings.
The unit is easy to specify, easy to install and the Twist & Lock feature allows for easy, tool-free installations and seamless intergration of multiple trim options. Trim shapes are available in both round and square. The DRD2 module is backed with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty.
DMF Lighting also offers the DCC2 LED Cylinder which produces a combination of precision illumination and elegant aesthetics. The versatile DCC2 is available in surface, stem, cord or wall mount options and two different lumen outputs, as well as wet location variants. It is suited for a wide-range of interior and exterior applications including residential, multifamily, hospitality and retail.
