The 182-room Hilton Mystic hotel in Connecticut has been acquired by hotel owner and operator Distinctive Hotel Group for $14.1 million. The property is expected to be renovated while retaining its Hilton brand. The sale is part of RLJ Lodging Trust‘s capital-recycling strategy through sales of non-core assets.
