Discount retailer returns to its roots as Century 21 NYC

Century 21 is reopening its New York City flagship, scaling down from six floors to four and adding more lighting and bigger fitting rooms. The store, which has also changed its name to Century 21 NYC for its return to New York, has phased out some former features like big makeup counters and will focus on categories including designer fashions, accessories, fragrance and footwear.
