Dick’s Wings owner to acquire Tilted Kilt

Dick’s Wings & Grill parent ARC Group is pursuing an acquisition of the Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery and it expects to close the deal in the next few months. Phoenix-based Tilted Kilt has 47 units, 45 of which are franchises. Read the Nation’s Restaurant News story here
