Ground was broken on the $300 million Atlantic Crossing mixed-use development in downtown Delray Beach, Fla. The six three- or four-story buildings will include 82 luxury condos, 261 apartments, 159,000 square feet of office space, shops and restaurants, and an underground parking garage.
