T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is pleased to welcome David W. Wright as the company’s new Safety Director. Wright, who is both a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), has implemented diverse safety and risk management programs across major companies nationwide, including in the construction industry. He will report to Clete Luartes, Executive Vice President of Operations at T&T Construction Management Group, Inc.

“David has over three decades of extensive experience designing and implementing safety programs within the construction industry and is instrumental to the continued success of T&T Construction Management Group, Inc.,” Luartes said. “We welcome him to our team and look forward to his contributions.”

Wright has held positions such as Health and Safety Director and Occupational Safety Officer. Additionally, he is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and serves as an adjunct professor and lead instructor at the OSHA Training Institute Education Center Region 1, specializing in courses such as “Construction Standards,” “Trench & Excavation Safety,” “Confined Space Entry,” and “Excavation Standards.” Wright is affiliated with organizations including the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the American Society of Safety Professionals, the American Red Cross, and the National Safety Council.

In his decades of work in the Construction Industry, Wright has been recognized for his dedication to the value of safety culture on several occasions. Among his industry awards are the Perfect Record Award from the National Safety Council, the National AGC Safety Award from the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts, and the Excellence in Safety Award issued by the Florida Transportation Builders’ Association.
