David Chang, Franklin Junction bring Fuku back to Dallas

Chef David Chang has teamed with e-commerce platform Franklin Junction to revive his Fuku fast-casual fried chicken concept in the Dallas area. Chang first brought the concept to Dallas last year through a partnership with ghost kitchen company Reef Technology, and the new partnership with Franklin Junction's kitchen network will expand the brand with new outposts in five Texas cities.
