CVS to grow its network of Oak Street senior clinics

CVS-owned Oak Street Health will add up to 60 new senior clinics in 2024 and expand its presence to 25 states from 21 this year. The pharmacy retailer's $10 billion purchase of Oak Street Health two months ago advances its plans to expand health care offerings, which also include the $8 billion acquisition of home care provider Signify Health in 2022.
