CoStar: Commercial real estate sales fall 8% in first half of 2018

In the first half of 2018, about $220 billion worth of commercial real estate, including retail, was sold, down about 8% from 2017, CoStar reports. Retail sales transactions dropped to $39.2 billion, an 18% decline. Read the CoStar Group story here
