The proposal includes a conference center, whitewater adventure park, 75,000-square-foot indoor water park with a 330-room hotel and a film center at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, which was the inspiration for the horror novel “The Shining.” Read the American City Business Journals/Denver story here
