Owners Erica St. John and Lynsey Heathcote became interested in this franchise after learning about Muscle Maker Grill’s uniquely healthy take on restaurant food. Unlike standard fast food laden with fat, sugar and carbs, Muscle Maker Grill serves its customers fresh, great-tasting food with their health in mind. Its menu satisfies everyone from vegetarians to the carb-free consumer to people following a gluten-free diet.

“Lynsey and I felt the need to fill a gap within the local marketplace for those desiring delicious, healthier menu options in a friendly, relaxed, and social environment,” explained Erica St. John. “Not only do our customers enjoy great-tasting Muscle Maker Grill food, they can also learn about how they can make healthier choices for their families, plus they can engage with other likewise thinking people tired of same-old food.”

When asked about their experience working with Cicero’s Development, Lynsey Heathcote admitted that the renovation project was a first for both she and Erica. Easing their concerns was Cicero’s hands-on approach. Cicero’s team undertook the project by first understanding the franchises’ goals and visions. Next, it implemented those same goals and visions through thoughtful planning, communication and development.
