Gilbane Building Company is excited to welcome Chris Godbold as a project executive and the director of interiors for Gilbane’s Washington, DC office. Chris most recently served as the head of operations for his previous employer, where he managed the largest single project in their portfolio to date.
Chris brings 19 years of fast-paced, complex, interior fit-out experience to Gilbane’s growing mid-Atlantic interiors division. “We are excited to have Chris join our team,” said Drew Mucci, senior vice president. “He has a proven track record in the DC metro area and has cemented strong relationships with our subcontractor community. Chris’ expertise in risk management will also make him a tremendous asset for our clients and our firm.”
Chris retains a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from East Carolina University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Contractors (AIC) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
