Cheesecake Factory invests in North Italia, Flower Child

The Cheesecake Factory is making a deal with Fox Restaurants Concepts to acquire minority stakes in its Flower Child and North Italia concepts, with the option to buy a majority or full stake in the future. Flower Child has five locations across three states serving mainly bowls, wraps and salads, while casual dining concept North Italia has nine locations in five states. Esprit maps return to US retail scene

Esprit has embarked on a return to North America that interprets its design legacy to appeal to Generations X and Z, most recently at a pop-up in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The ’80s mall stalwart, which left the US market in 2012, plans to
