Charlotte is planning what could be a nearly $400 million redevelopment of its transportation center and has selected White Point and partner Dart Interests to discuss feasibility and a way forward. The developers are offering two options: Build a 20-story office building plus a hotel and retail space with a ground-floor bus depot, or build a 30-story tower and transfer the transit center one block away.
