With more than 30,000 successful heating and ventilation installations and 400-plus building studies that quantify savings, Cambridge Engineering has a wealth of information about its energy efficient solutions for commercial and industrial buildings, both new and retrofit. Now, with the launch of a new website, customers will be able to navigate the site and locate the exact information they need quickly. The site address remains the same: www.cambridge-eng.com.
“Our goal with the new website is to improve the visitor experience by making it more intuitive. With so much detailed information on our site, we want people to find what they need within a few clicks of a mouse,” said Randy Niederer, Marketing Director at Cambridge Engineering.
One of the most noticeable changes is the addition of a “Markets Served” section. “We know that the facility planners, building owners, engineers and contractors who are thinking of utilizing Cambridge products want to see how our systems work in facilities similar to their building or project. This section shows visitors what types of units are used for different facility needs and how we’ve approached similar projects or builds in the past to gain energy and cost efficiencies, as well as to improve indoor air quality,” Niederer said.
Another change is the addition of an easy-to-find link to Cambridge “How-To Videos.” Through the video library, customers can view startups, parts replacements and system conversions. “Our videos are created by our Cambridge Service Team – the same experts who would walk contractors through a service call or be onsite to train them. The goal is to provide an easily viewable video to help with service or troubleshooting so contractors can get what they need with no delays.”
A “Find-A-Rep” link has been added to help customers locate a Cambridge manufacturer’s rep in their area. A secure manufacturer’s rep section is also available on the new site. Along with housing the quoting web tool, the new section provides a repository of tools, resources and articles that will be relevant to their customers. It also provides access to CambridgeU, a self-paced training program of educational videos.
