Greg Pasley will now serve as vice president of sales and marketing for Butler Manufacturing. In this role, Pasley will be responsible for ensuring customer service excellence, leading the company’s continued focus on achieving zero-harm, increasing sales, expanding the Butler brand identity and developing high-performance sales teams.
“Greg Pasley has a long history of creating success for our company,” said Tom Gilligan, president, Butler Manufacturing. “His more than 20 years of experience through roles at Butler and its sister companies within the BlueScope Buildings portfolio give him a unique understanding of market demands and the value our solutions bring. We know he’ll use that perspective to help continue our legacy as an industry leader.”
Most recently, Pasley served as president of Conventional Steel Services, an operating unit of BlueScope Buildings North America. Pasley’s other roles within the organization include vice president of building solutions for a BlueScope joint venture in India and positions in both engineering and preconstruction management. Pasley joined Butler in 1996.
“Butler Manufacturing has been connecting customers with better solutions for more than 100 years,” Pasley said. “I look forward to building on the relationships I’ve developed with our sales and service and marketing teams as well as many of our Butler Builder dealers to continue the organization’s success in meeting customer needs and pushing the industry forward.”
Pasley holds a doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil/structural engineering from the University of Kansas.
