Build-A-Bear Workshop plans to continue expanding its new store design in 2013. The new store design, which features more interactive technology, was introduced in six U.S. locations in fall 2012. This year, the retailer will open 20 to 25 stores that will feature the new design, including stores in Atlanta, Chicago and Peabody, Mass. The Atlanta store, slated to open April 26, will be in the Mall of Georgia; the Chicago store, scheduled for May 3, will be in Orland Square, and the Peabody store will open in Northshore Mall on May 10.
