Brookshire Grocery, which operates 200 stores under four banners in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas, has announced it will acquire 17 Reasor’s stores in Oklahoma. Although the sale price was not disclosed, the deal is expected to be completed early next year and plans now call for the 17 locations to keep operating under the Reasor’s name. Tulsa World
