Bradbury values the contributions of women in manufacturing

Simpson, an experienced employee with years of experience in the industry, is a vital member of the manufacturing team. Her attention to detail and expertise in machining ensures that every product that leaves the facility meets the highest standards. With her eye for precision, Simpson has played a pivotal role in machining parts each day and providing excellence to Bradbury customers. Before starting at Bradbury, Simpson had very little experience in machining but has since then learned a lot and is now a key part in the plant 1 facility. Over the years, Simpson has seen tremendous growth for women in manufacturing and would love to see that continue. When asked about her favorite aspect of working at Bradbury, Simpson’s immediate response was the incredible people she gets to work alongside each day.

Schwartz began her career at Bradbury just over a year ago. Similar to Simpson, she is a very fast learner and has been a great addition to the team. Before joining Bradbury, Schwartz had a small amount of experience in the manufacturing business, but is a passionate advocate for pushing the boundaries of what is possible, Schwartz has gained experience with loading trucks and how to correctly distribute the weight. Since joining Bradbury, Schwartz has witnessed the potential for women to thrive in manufacturing careers, even in the short period of time she has been here.
