Big-D Midwest, Real Estate Equities and Kaas Wilson Architects recently broke ground on Vista Point—a multifamily, affordable housing unit developed by Real Estate Equities.
Located in Mahtomedi, MN, Vista Point, will be a 110-unit development comprised of one, two and three-bedroom units. While the majority of units will be for those making 60%-80% AMI, 20% of the units will be rented at market rate. The property will feature an attractive exterior design with modern amenities and high-quality interior finishes, as well as in-unit laundry. Other features include a parking garage, fitness center, community room, playground and dog run.
