Ball Janik LLP welcomes Construction Defect Attorney Todd Demetriades as special counsel to its Orlando office. With more than 25 years of experience prosecuting large-scale residential and commercial matters, Demetriades is a seasoned construction defect lawyer specializing in defect claims, construction liens, bond disputes, delay claims, and contract review and drafting. He has practiced in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, Demetriades has assisted clients in private arbitrations and mediation.

He actively represents a wide range of clients, from homeowners and condominium associations to commercial property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, municipalities, and universities.

Demetriades earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Business Law and Trial Lawyer Sections.
