Chef Page Pressley shifted gears when the coronavirus pandemic forced him to delay the planned opening of his new restaurant, Foxtail, in Austin, Texas. Now, he is launching his adapted Foxtail Supper Club concept, which features a rotating menu of meal kits filled with local ingredients that customers are invited to prepare during an online dinner party with 10 other guests.
