Florida-based Fresh Dining Concepts is on a mission to become the biggest Auntie Anne’s franchisee by the end of this year, moving up from third place with a focus on co-branded Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon units. Luis San Miguel, a former Burger King franchisee, started Fresh Dining Concepts in 2015 with the purchase of 22 Auntie Anne’s units, and it has since grown to 70 stores with estimated 2021 sales of $35 million.
