- The Southern region accounted for 12 entries, hailing from Florida, Texas, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. metro area market – making it the 2nd-most prevalent region on the list.
- Overall, Manhattan’s Plaza District holds the title of most expensive office submarket in the final quarter of 2022, with average asking rents here resting at $117 per square foot.
