A plot near Arizona State University‘s Downtown Phoenix campus will house a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development by a joint venture of Medistar, GMH Communities and CBRE Investment Management. Layton Construction has begun work on the project, which is expected to open in 2024, offering a 22-story student housing building with 655 beds and a 33-story tower with 362 residential units.
