New York City’s The Beatrice Inn will close on New Year’s Eve, but chef Angie Mar will reopen the restaurant next spring as “Beatrice” in a new space next door with a refreshed menu, according to The New York Times. The new menu will focus less on the restaurant’s signature dry-aged beef and more on game birds and crustaceans with French influence.
