Alto-Shaam was selected to receive the 2015 Gas Foodservice Equipment Network (GFEN) Blue Flame “Product of the Year” Award for their CT PROformance™ 7-20 Combitherm® oven. The award was presented to the Alto-Shaam team at the February 2015 NAFEM Show in Anaheim, CA.

Alto-Shaam is the recipient of the Blue Flame award for its ability to address today’s leading commercial kitchen equipment challenges with advancements in speed, energy efficiency, and versatility to conform to diverse restaurant layouts and numerous applications. The new CT PROformance 7-20 Combitherm oven features the PROpower™ setting, allowing the oven to operate up to 20 percent faster than other combi ovens and up to 80 percent faster than conventional technology. In addition, recovery times are shortened considerably, further increasing speed and performance.
Other features of the CT PROformance Combitherm oven include a zero clearance design, allowing equipment to be placed anywhere on the line, saving valuable floor and hood space. The oven is also available with an integrated smoking feature, enhanced cleaning system and menu capacity, Absolute Humidity Control™, a larger programmable touchscreen control and more.
The GFEN Blue Flame Product of the Year is awarded annually to the manufacturer who has introduced a new or improved product that showcases outstanding technology and innovation in the gas foodservice industry.
