Advancements Series to Explore Developments in Real Estate

An upcoming episode of Advancements with Ted Danson will focus on the intersection of technology and real estate as it explores the impact technology has on the industry.

With a look at the current state of the real estate development world, the show will explore how low supply in housing and high demand has led to soaring prices, which in turn has created a problem with population migration and economic growth.

Considering more tenants than ever before, viewers will learn why technology is currently said to be one of the most prominent issues relating to all modern real estate infrastructure, including existing assets and also new construction and development. Spectators will see how the Internet of Things, Electrification of Things, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into site development is helping the industry to expand via its potential ability.

"We look forward to sharing how technology is being used to improve operations for builders and owner-operators, as well as how it is impacting the quality of life and living for tenants," said Marcus Brown, Esq, Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel, Accolent Real Estate.

The show will also explore how Accolent Real Estate Co. (Accolent Realty) is helping businesses, builders, and investors respond by adapting to modern challenges in building construction and maintenance. Audiences will learn how Accolent Realty uses technology deployment to enhance buildings for proprietors and improve their tenants' lifestyles.
