Atelier Ace’s newest boutique, Maison de la Luz, has opened in New Orleans’ Arts Warehouse district. The six-story, 67-room hotel was designed in partnership with Studio Shamshiri; cocktail venue Bar Marilou, next door, is the first U.S. venture for French hospitality group Quixotic Projects.
