ABC Supply Co., Inc. has signed a definitive agreement with Saint-Gobain Delaware Corporation, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain S.A., to acquire Norandex Building Materials Distribution, Inc., a leading distributor of windows, siding and other exterior building products.
