Construction of a 257-room Hyatt hotel in Chicago is on track for a scheduled opening in February. The Hyatt The Loop Chicago, which is a conversion of a 22-story office tower, will include 2,500 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop lounge and a French restaurant and bar.
