The Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Maui, Hawaii, is being sold to Sunstone Hotel Investors for $325.7 million. The 544-room property will remain under Marriott‘s management and has been scheduled for renovation in 2015 and 2016. Read the American City Business Journals/Honolulu story here
