The Berkowitz Development Group intends to build Miami’s tallest structure. SkyRise Miami would be a 1,000-foot observation tower that would include a restaurant and other attractions. The project, which could cost as much as $400 million, is scheduled to begin in 2014 and will have Tishman Construction and Coastal Construction as its contractors. Read The Miami Herald story here.
